Thomas Barnett
Thomas Barnett points out some very intersting ways in which war and peace should be separated. One of his comments was, "you can't expect to fight a war one day and have peace the next." That is very true in many ways of life not only with the soldiers but with everyday people. You can't beat up a friend and expect them to like you the next day. His concepts aren't completely widely know, or comprehendable to the average person. His idea of seperating the department of defense into two different branches is a great in my opinion. I think his method would greatly reduce the number of casulties in war, both civilan and soldiers. I do like the way that he uses a sense of humor to entertain you, and keep you intersted in his topic. It is a great Ted talk.
